Qualifications

• 2-5 years minimum in a closing sales role.
• Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
• 5 years of quota achievement in payroll/HCM SaaS is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing, developing, and retaining sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Account Executives of direct report.
• Support new logo Account Executives to grow, strategize, and sell.
• Partner with Account Executives to differentiate themselves with creativity, humility and integrity.
• Lead by example through passion, knowledge, and availability.
• Foster people-first mindset and healthy team practices.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to drive new logo sales strategy.
