You’ll champion quota attainment, foster morale, and coordinate with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth across territories.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience surpassing sales quotas as an individual contributor.
• 2–5 years minimum in a closing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives of direct report.
• Support new logo Account Executives in growth, strategizing, and selling.
• Partner with Account Executives to differentiate offerings through creativity, humility and integrity.
• Lead by example with passion, knowledge, and availability.
• Foster a people-first mindset and drive entrepreneurial processes within the team.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to drive new logo sales strategy.
