• Manage Account Executives of direct report.
• Support new logo Account Executives in growth, strategize, and sell.
• Partner with Account Executives to differentiate themselves through creativity, humility and integrity.
• Lead by example through passion, knowledge, and availability.
• Practice our people-first mindset daily through entrepreneurial processes and healthy team practices.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to drive new logo sales strategy.
