Base salary starts at $125,000 annually with potential to increase through a performance-based incentive plan and restricted stock units.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
• 2-5 years minimum in a closing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Executives of direct report.
• Support new logo Account Executives in growth, strategy and selling.
• Partner with Account Executives to differentiate through creativity, humility and integrity.
• Lead by example through passion, knowledge, and availability.
• Foster a people-first mindset with entrepreneurial processes and healthy team practices.
• Drive new logo sales strategy in coordination with sales leadership.
