• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You're a people leader: motivate and inspire the team and uphold AEO's service standards.
• You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent and develop associates.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set attainable goals and provide ongoing feedback with real-time coaching.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
