Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and oversee LOD shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will train and motivate associates, manage talent, and drive strong sales results while upholding brand standards.

You will lead by example on the floor, in the fitting room, and in back-of-house operations, focusing on KPI achievement, guest service, and a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have retail leadership experience in a store environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPI results through guest experience.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Excellent merchandising and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates to meet service standards and celebrate performance.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure optimal staffing for business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and set clear goals to improve performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures and maintain Brand Standards across the store.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection adherence and uphold company policies.
