Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and drive strong in-store performance. You will lead LOD shifts, train and motivate associates, and ensure a stellar guest experience while upholding brand standards and store safety.

You will manage daily operations, recruit talent, coach performance, and execute visual/merchandising initiatives to maximize KPI results. Eligible for benefits and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales goals.

Responsibilities
