Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, rock steady Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience across daily store operations.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, drive KPI results, recruit and develop talent, and keep the store visually aligned with Brand Standards, making the fitting rooms guest-ready and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales in a store setting.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach associates to meet service standards.
