American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Mobile, AL to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience.

You will drive daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and embody our values with your REAL self every day. You will maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and lead a team to achieve KPI targets while upholding AEO standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for driving strong sales and guest experience.
• Ability to train, motivate and celebrate associates.
• Lead with AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates to meet business needs and uphold service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with policy.
