Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values.
• Recruit and develop strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and deliver training.
• Set clear goals and provide real-time coaching to Sales and Stock Associates.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to all policies.
