AEO's Birmingham store is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader who acts as the store CEO, driving daily operations, coaching a strong team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding AEO Brand Standards.

You will own the store's business plan, analyze sales trends, manage scheduling and payroll, recruit and develop associates, and build a culture of teamwork that keeps the guest shop-ready.
