AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and a stellar guest experience. You will run daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, set achievable goals, and provide real-time feedback. Expect creative visual/operational execution and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to drive guest service and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring service standards are met on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train talent to meet staffing needs and uphold guest-first culture.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to staff.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, manage shipments, merchandising moves and brand standards.
