Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to meet business needs and maintain staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing real-time coaching and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments, merchandising moves, and standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection practices in line with policies.
