Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous sales management experience.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and new-account development.
• Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
• Strong experience establishing sales KPIs and holding teams accountable for activity and results.
• Proven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with complex or longer-cycle B2B sales.
• Excellent CRM usage and data integrity.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%.
