Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a sales leader to own the sales organization, develop people, and drive profitable growth. The role requires hands-on leadership, moving between executive planning, coaching, customer meetings, and day-to-day leadership.

You will manage pipeline and forecast, drive growth across strategic accounts and channels, establish KPIs, and partner with internal teams to meet market needs. Travel up to 40–50% as required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous sales management experience developing and leading sales professionals.
• Proven revenue growth and new-account development track record.
• Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
• Strong experience establishing KPIs and accountability for activity and results.
• CRM experience with accurate sales data and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team; set clear performance expectations.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity reviews.
• Lead growth strategies for new accounts and strategic opportunities.
• Develop strategic accounts and expand relationships across teams.
• Own the pipeline, forecast, and CRM discipline with executive reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to align sales with business objectives; travel as needed.
