Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to own the sales organization and drive profitable growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, customer engagement, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

You will lead a field-based team, develop talent, manage pipelines, and partner with executive leadership to align sales with broader business objectives. Travel will be required to support customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous sales management experience developing and leading sales professionals.
• Proven revenue growth and new-account development.
• Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
• Strong experience establishing KPIs and holding teams accountable.
• Proven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience navigating complex longer-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong CRM experience and handling accurate sales data.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel about 40–50% as needed.
