Essenti Talent is seeking a Sales Leader to own the sales organization and drive profitable growth. This role demands hands-on leadership, not desk-bound management, with emphasis on developing people, engaging customers, building strategy, and creating a culture of measurable performance.

You will lead pipeline, forecasts, strategic accounts, and channel relationships while coaching the team in prospecting, discovery, negotiations, and closing.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience and a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
• Strong CRM usage, forecasting, and KPI discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team with accountability and coaching.
• Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.
• Develop revenue objectives and actionable growth plans; identify priority accounts.
