American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, manage Leader on Duty shifts, and deliver a premier guest experience. You drive daily operations, train associates, and model AEO values.

As a People Leader, you motivate the team, coach performance, and recruit strong talent to maintain staffing. You execute visual and operational standards, protect assets, and ensure the fitting rooms reflect Brand Standards.

• Experience leading a retail team and driving KPI results.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop store associates for strong guest service.
