Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by owning Leader on Duty shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will drive daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and uphold AEO Brand Standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach performance in real time, and ensure the Fitting Rooms and Salesfloor remain guest-ready, reflecting the AEO Guest First culture.

Responsibilities
