Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and lead Leader on Duty shifts. You will drive sales, train associates, and ensure a best-in-class in-store guest experience across fitting rooms and salesfloor operations.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team in store management.
Proven ability to drive KPI results through sales and guest experience.
Ability to train and develop associates to meet service standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Store Leadership Team on Leader on Duty shifts.
Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve performance goals.
Execute daily visual and operational standards, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
