American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and representing our values.

You will coach and develop the team, recruit new talent, and maintain AEO Brand Standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. AEO emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a guest-first culture in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Strong guest service focus and KPI-driven performance.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to cover business needs.
• Set clear goals for Sales and Stock teams and deliver real-time feedback.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, adhering to policies.
