American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, train and motivate associates, and ensure daily operations meet AEO standards.

You’ll drive KPI results through coaching, performance feedback, and a focus on visual and operational excellence while upholding safety and integrity across the store.

• Led teams in retail or hospitality settings to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Proven ability to train and develop front-line staff for exceptional guest service.
• Skilled at coaching, real-time feedback, and performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop associates to meet service standards and store goals.
• Recruit, train and retain strong talent to maintain staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing coaching and recognition to motivate the team.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards, including merchandising and stock processes.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
