American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, drive Leader on Duty shifts, and deliver a stellar guest experience.

You will help manage daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and ensure visual standards are maintained while upholding AEO values. You will lead by example, recruit and develop talent, coach performance, and work to maximize sales and guest loyalty in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values; hold associates to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and guest-first culture.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.
