Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while upholding our guest-first culture.

You’ll recruit talent, provide coaching, and ensure brand standards in both the Salesfloor and Fitting Room. You’ll thrive on teamwork, be a natural at visual and operational execution, and stay committed to integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must lead and motivate a retail team while driving sales.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Associates to meet service standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience, store standards and KPIs.

Responsibilities
