American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will drive KPI results, train and motivate associates, and ensure a stellar guest experience, while upholding AEO Brand Standards and store procedures.

You’ll manage daily operations, lead by example on the salesfloor and fitting rooms, and reinforce our Guest First culture through real-time coaching and recognition. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.

• Set goals, monitor performance and provide real-time feedback.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection and policy compliance.
