Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to lead through growth in a local Texas territory. The role blends outside sales with leadership development, mentoring newer agents, and progressive client service.

You’ll present benefits to clients, manage your schedule, and receive structured training and leadership guidance. Ideal candidates enjoy face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and growing their own book of business, with licensing support

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership or mentorship roles.
• Willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
