Allegiant Business Group seeks a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to lead growth in a local Texas territory. The role blends outside sales with leadership development and mentoring teammates to expand the book of business.

You will meet with business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance options, coach newer agents, and collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals, while enjoying flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential through commission-based income.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching
• Lead by example through consistent personal production
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
