Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is hiring a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to lead by example in outside sales while mentoring newer agents. You’ll meet face-to-face with business owners and staff within your territory, coach others, and grow your own book of business.

The role blends field sales with leadership development, offering flexibility over your schedule and strong support from leadership. Local travel to client sites is expected and licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred
• Leadership or mentorship background beneficial
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organizational and self-motivation qualities
• Willingness to travel locally and obtain Health & Life license

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance
• Lead by example through consistent personal production
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
