The role requires a Virginia P&C license, a proven sales record, strong community ties, and the ability to coach others. You will use CRM tools, build partnerships with businesses, and ensure compliant guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license or equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
• Deep understanding of the Roanoke community and regional market dynamics.
• Strong ability to mentor others and influence outcomes through leadership.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage a book of business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse groups.
