The Atlantic District in Yorktown, VA seeks a Multi-Line Insurance Agent to guide local families and businesses with tailored protection plans. You’ll assess needs, present options, and help clients navigate quotes and coverages with clear, confident advice.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• At least two years of professional insurance sales or client services experience.
• Comfort using modern digital quoting platforms and policy management software.
• Strong ability to translate insurance terms into clear guidance for clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client insurance needs through thoughtful conversations to design comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Proactively reach out to local households and businesses to offer protection strategies that provide genuine peace of mind.
• Nurture existing client relationships by conducting regular coverage reviews and offering guidance on life changes.
• Collaborate with our local underwriters to secure competitive terms for our policyholders.
• Participate in local community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District and connect with our neighbors.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and policy adjustments.
