Job summary

The Atlantic District in Centreville, VA is seeking a Lead Agent to drive insurance sales, guide a team, and deliver exceptional coverage for clients. Based in Centreville, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to policy issuance while upholding our people-first approach.

You’ll mentor junior staff, analyze local market trends, and collaborate with leadership to refine outreach. A Virginia P&C license and 3+ years of sales experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license in Virginia is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing insurance sales portfolios.
• Ability to mentor junior sales staff and lead by example.
• Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.

Responsibilities
