The Atlantic District seeks an Agency Lead in Hampton, VA to steer growth, support a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional client service. You will shape culture, mentor staff, and drive community engagement to strengthen our local presence.

You will lead operations, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to optimize processes and outcomes for policyholders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Deep understanding of the Hampton insurance market.
• Proficiency with quoting software and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
