Job summary

The Atlantic District in Winchester, Virginia is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to help individuals and small businesses protect their futures. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored coverage solutions.

You will participate in community events, manage inquiries, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience in managing an insurance sales pipeline or personal book of business.
• Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with individuals and small business owners in the Winchester area to assess risk management needs.
• Craft customized insurance solutions that align with clients\' long-term goals.
• Actively participate in local community events and Chamber of Commerce activities to expand regional presence.
• Manage incoming prospect inquiries and guide them through onboarding and policy selection process.
• Review existing policyholders\' coverage annually to ensure protection pace with life changes.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve client retention outcomes.
