Qualifications

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years in direct sales or insurance brokerage.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff.
• Strong local networking and relationship management in Hagerstown.
• Understanding of risk management for individuals and businesses.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
