Lead and inspire a group of agents to reach new heights while maintaining high service standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our goals in the Susquehanna region.
Act as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, providing clear, empathetic guidance.
Identify local community events and networking opportunities to grow our brand presence.
Oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive impression.
Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance data and refine our approach to reaching new households.
Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level client advisory roles.
Proven track record of mentoring others and leading successful sales initiatives.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the local community.
Deep understanding of insurance products and local market regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex sales pipelines.
