LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Knoxville to deliver personalized customer experiences and support store associates. You will work with the Store Manager to understand store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and maintaining high standards while driving omnichannel shopping with available tools. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand with personalised customer experiences.
• Support onboarding and development of an engaged store team.
• Assist store leaders and step in as manager when needed.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve interactions.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment.
