LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates, partner with the Store Manager, and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will drive personalized service, uphold visual and operational standards, and use tools to foster a customer-focused, profitable environment. Flexible availability and strong coaching skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
