Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team in-store, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates. You’ll guide the team, help onboard new hires, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment while upholding exceptional brand standards.

You’ll use store tools to drive sales, coach others, and step into managerial duties when needed. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with focus on customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
