Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Salt Lake City to champion guest experiences and guide a dynamic team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to model brand standards and support associates, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role requires a retail background, strong communication, and the ability to step in as manager when needed. Regular, part-time hours with evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system (POS).
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on customer needs.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
