Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Knoxville to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain visual/operational standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
