Job summary

Nestlé in Arlington, VA is seeking an Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of the Sales Operation Management (SOM) organization. You will transform sales, execution and customer data into actionable insights, enabling SOMs and NRS leadership to understand performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

You will partner with Sales Leaders, turning data into insights that inform decisions, prioritize resources and actions, and support One Source of the Truth mindset.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Data visualization via Tableau & Power BI preferred; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Support business planning with projections and performance insights.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities requiring leadership attention.
• Turn data into concise, executive-ready reports with storytelling.
• Leverage Power BI and other tech to improve reporting and insights.
• Act as analytical thought partner to prioritize and drive action.
