European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate in Greenvale, NY. You will welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend service packages and products to enhance their experience.

You will drive sales through memberships and retail, prebook future visits, and maintain a welcoming front desk. Strong communication and POS skills are essential in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.
• Able to adapt to guest personalities and stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook their next visit.
• Meet individual sales goals and performance metrics to maximize commission.
• Learn guests’ skincare goals and recommend services and products.
• Explain benefits of waxing regularly and our offerings clearly.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and address questions professionally.
• Maintain front desk and lobby in brand standards and assist with opening/closing.
