European Wax Center in the New York area is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting management with daily tasks.

The role focuses on upselling services, educating guests on Wax Passes, handling check-ins/payments, and guiding guests on app usage. A polished appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to work weekends/evenings.
• Professional appearance per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and refunds.
• Inform guests of pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually pleasant lobby and restrooms.
