Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, assess their goals, and recommend waxing services and retail products to meet their needs.

You will own your sales goals, book appointments, and handle front desk tasks with a friendly, professional demeanor. You should have service or retail experience and be comfortable with POS systems to help guests choose the right services and products, while contributing to overall center performance through sales

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable problem solver and positive team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to new and returning guests, and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Learn each guest’s needs, preferences, and skincare goals, and recommend the right services and products.
• Greet guests warmly, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
