European Wax Center, Inc. is hiring a Guest Service/Sales Associate in New York. You will greet guests, understand their skincare goals, educate them on wax pass options, and drive sales with friendly, service‑oriented interactions.

You will support front desk operations, keep the lobby inviting, handle reservations and inquiries, and work with the team to ensure a positive guest experience while meeting monthly sales goals through base pay plus commission.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year in service or retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to adapt to various guest personalities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and set a positive tone.
• Engage guests to understand needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options and current promotions; promote regular waxing.
• Address inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby; support team with product knowledge.
• Participate in training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
