European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, assess skincare needs, and recommend service packages and products. You will drive sales and commission by meeting individual goals while maintaining excellent guest service in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Learn guests' needs and skincare goals to recommend services and products.
• Explain benefits of waxing and promotions to guests clearly.
• Greet guests, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
