Job summary

Employer.com, in partnership with Salesforce, seeks an experienced recruiter for a six-month hybrid contract to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles across multiple U.S. hubs (SF, NY, Chicago, Atlanta).

This role requires on-site presence three days per week and a fast, high-volume hiring pace. You will source, engage, and close top candidates directly from competitors, manage the candidate journey from sourcing to offer, collaborate with Sales leadership and hiring managers, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience with focus on Sales/GTМ or commercial roles.
• Proven track record in fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environments.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at Salesforce hubs (SF, NYC, CHI, ATL).
• Strong passive candidate sourcing from direct competitors using advanced methods.
• Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets and ability to articulate value proposition.
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Agility to navigate ambiguity and high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing to offer.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Coordinate with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Partner with ATS and workflow tools (Workday, Slack, GoodTime) to track progress.
• Deliver on deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Support conversion to full-time for eligible candidates.
