Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience focusing on Sales/GTM or commercial roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at Salesforce hubs (SF, NY, CHI, ATL).
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and success recruiting from competitors.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS and enterprise SaaS markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM functions.
• Own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop targeted outreach to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Drive requisition velocity and meet deadlines in a high-velocity setting.
