Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced Sales or GTM environment.
• Must be able to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Proven sourcing expertise for passive candidates from competitors.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior hiring managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Recruiting: source, recruit, and hire sales professionals for fast-paced GTM teams.
• Navigate Ambiguity: turn abstract hiring needs into structured pipelines in a fluid environment.
• Strategic Sourcing Partnership: coordinate with Talent Attraction to source candidates and apply to openings.
• Leadership Partnership: build relationships with Sales leadership; present pipeline weekly and give feedback.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Finance, Legal, and other departments to drive offers and onboarding.
