Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced contract Sales/GTM recruiter to join a six-month hybrid engagement in key U.S. locations (San Francisco, New York, Chicago or Atlanta).

The role requires on-site presence three days per week and offers compensation of $58.00/hr (W-2). You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, building a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing directly from competitors, and partnering with Sales leadership to define role requirements and fit.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruiting experience focused on Sales, GTM, or commercial roles
• Proven track record in fast-paced Sales/GTM recruiting environments
• Ability to work on-site three days a week at Salesforce hubs
• Strong passive sourcing using direct-sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and storytelling to candidates
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
• Agility in ambiguous, fast-moving corporate settings
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles from sourcing to offer
• Build and manage a pipeline of passive candidates with direct-sourcing
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand role requirements and fit
• Track progress through ATS (Workday) and coordinate across tools
• Move requisitions efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Deliver timely outcomes and meet hiring deadlines
